Starters reports

An MTI Starters report must be submitted to us within 10 working days of an MTI doctor’s first day of work. All starters reports must be submitted with the following:

• A PDF copy of the doctor’s right to work profile signed and verified as a true likeness by their NHS employer. Employers can perform the right to work check once the doctor has applied for and obtained their share code.
• A new MTI data protection consent form signed by the doctor. Do not re-submit the form that was sent with the doctor’s initial MTI application.
